Our Next Conference

April, 2025

Knowing that a number of our member communities are reviewing their budgets for 2026, I wanted to let you know that after talking it over with the Leadership team and the Ad Hoc advisory committee, we have decided to postpone the 2026 conference to 2027.

Our plan is to use the time to revisit, review, and refresh NAABOD's mission with updates to the constitution and bylaws.

It has been a while since our governing documents were last amended, so it seems like a good time to pause and reflect on who we are called to be in 2025.

“The Association is a non-profit association whose purpose is to provide ongoing formation for Directors of Oblates and a forum for discerning needs and issues that arise. Through the Association, Directors are able to share information regarding their oblates at the biennial convention and provide clarification and mutual encouragement.”
